These services are extended to a wide range of clientele, such as everyday individuals, SMME enterprises, entrepreneurs, and large companies. Mmela Finacial Services is a BBBEE company providing innovative products and using its creative vision to provide customized solutions to meet all its clients’ needs.

ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Mmela Financial Services is offering a lernership opportunity to candidates wanting to embark on a career in Financial Planning, This 12-month programme aims to teach the candidate about what it means to be a Financial Planner within Mmela Financial Services. The learnership is targeted at candidates residing within the North West and will consist of theoretical training as well as practical training and sales.
The candidate will gain extensive knowledge and workplace exposure which they can use in their career, as well as an allowance from Mmela throughout the duration of the learnership.

Upon successful completion of the programme, the candidate will obtain a National Certificate- NQF-5 in Financial Planning.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must have completed a 3 years qualification (Diploma or N6) in Financial or Insurance related field
  • Must be between the ages of 21 and 30 years old
  • Must be fluent in English (verbal and oral)
  • Must be from a designated group (preferable)
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must NOT be employed
  • Must NOT be studying at any other institution
  • Must NOT be participating in any other learnership opportunity

Please note:

This programme is ONLY open to candidates in the North West.
Successful candidates will be required to sign both an employment and learnership contract.
The candidate will be selected in accordance with Mmela Financial Services’ Employment Equity plan.
