Objective Of The Programme:

- Create succession pipeline and placement of internal talent in filling critical roles
Requirements
- Must have a degree in any of these fields (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematic)
- Willing to travel, work and live in Malaysia for at least 1 year
- Degrees fully completed
- Must have an interest in Manufacturing
- Strong leadership qualities
